DM I MS' 5th convocation today

 

TOTAL 476 students from various medical streams of Dalia Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (Deemed University). Sawangi (Meghc) will be honoured during the 5th convocation of the University to be held at University Auditorium on July 5. The programme will start at 12.15 pm and Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport. Highways and Shipping, will deliver the keynote address. Datta Meghe. Chancellor of the University, will preside over the programme. It may be mentioned here that 220 students in general medicine. 124 in dental medicine. 43 in Ayurved. 23 in paramedical and 66 from nursing courses will be honoured with graduation, postgraduation. MD. MS and I'h.D on the occasion. This year. 73 gold medals. 3 silver medals ami 9 Chancellor's Awards and cash prizes will he conferred upon students. Dr Samiksha Duhhey has lopped the medal tally with 7 gold.
Other gold medalists are Parijat Panse (6). Aishwarya Singh 5. Pratiksha Gandhare and Dr Ishan Nerkar (4). Pooja Shrivaslav and Garim Rajimwale (3). Christina Mathew. KarishmaMakhija. Frezka Advani. Uditi Naidu and Aaradha Chakravani (2). Others will he awarded gold medals, silver medals and cash prize at (he hands of the dignitaries.
Dr Vcdprakash Mishra, Chief Advisor of DMIMS. Dr Dilip Gode. Vice-Chancellor. Dr Sandip Shrivastav, Dean of Medicine, Dr Ashok Pakhan, Dean of Denial. Dr Shyam Bhutada. Dean of Ayurved. B D Kulkarni. Principal of Nursing College, members of management Sagar Meghe, Sameer Meghe. Dr S S Patel and others will grace the programme. Dr Rajiv Borle. Registrar of DMIMS. has appealed all to attend the programme.
