"The once economically strong State of Maharashtra now faces burden of Rs 3 lakh crore loan, thanks to 15 years of rule of Congress led Government. The Government has spent Rs 70.000 crore in name of irrigation to raise .01 percent irrigation facility. In last few years as many around 10.000 farmers have committed suicide in the State. This alone shows the failures of government. They not only failed on all front, but their failures also pushed back Maharashtra in development, rued NitinGadkari. He kicked off BJPs election campaign in district and was addressing  public meeting in favour of party candidate Vijay Rahangdule in Tirora.

By 2020 country will be in need of some 4 crorc skilled manpower and looking at the same the government will start courses and trainings for the youths under Pandit Deendayal scheme from Oct 25. informed Gadkari. "Opponents alleges that BJP is a communal party but they should not forget that ii was Prime Minister Narendra Modi who sanctioned relief package of Rs 1000 crore for the calamity struck Kashmiri people and declared it as National tragedy. For overall development of country and Maharashtra there is need to elect BJP government in the State." he added.
Nitin Gadkari also appealed party rebels to return to the party and support its official candidates. Sitting MLA Dr Khushal Bopche. Member of Legislative Council Prof Anil Sole. Vijay Rahangdalc. BJP's State Secretary Harish More, former MLA Bhajandas Vaidya. Zilla Parishad Vice President Madan Patle. Moreshwar Katre were the prominent among those present on the occasion.
