Mehkar kids look to retain title in West Zone Chess meet

A TEAM of chess players from Central Public School run by D D Rahate Shikshan Sanstlia has left for Bemetara in Chhaltisgarh. They will take pasri in the West one Chess Championship to be held from October 8 to 11. The team comprises Harsh Singi, Ramkrishna Pawar, Tejas Sambhapure, Yash Agrawal and Atuhit I'awar.

Teams from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Diu Daman, Andaman and Nicobar Islans and Goa will participate in the competition.

It may be mentioned here that the team of (Central Public School had emerged winner in the competition held last year at Indore.

This years's team was coached by Ciajanan Chavan, Santosh Bhusari. Kiran Sanise and Raju Jatale. Rishi Jadhav, dircctorof line school, and Or Sachin Jadhav have wished the students success. They will he accompanied by Ciajanan Chavan to Chhailisgarh.
