Sikh Education Society donates generously for J&K floods victims
MANAGING Committee of Sikh Education Society. Bezonbagh; Gum Nanak High School & Junior College. Guru Nanak College of Pharmacy. Guru Nanak Primary School; and Shri Guru Harkrishan Public School contributed an amount ofRs6.60.117 to Prime Minister's Relief Fund towards aid to flood-hit persons of Jainmu & Kashmir.
Guru Nanak High School & Junior College collected Rs 2.31.107 and Guru Nanak College of Pharmacy and Shri Guru Harkrishan Public School contributed Rs 1.53.000 and Rs 1.70.000 respectively- A demand draft of the aid was handed over to O P Ghude. Education Officer (Secondary).

A rally was taken out by teachers, students of Scouts & Guides, and NCC cadets to spread the message of brotherhood and raise fund for J&K.
S Parshan Singh Kalsi encouraged the students, staff and parents to stand by flood victims. Principal Dr Jaspal Singh exhorted students to help the deprived. Ghude also lauded the initiative.
