Knowledge of English must to excel in professional life: Niki Arora

ONE day workshop on spoken English was organised by J D Patil Sangludkar College here recently.

Niki Arora, a professional trainer of personality development and Spoken English, was the key speaker for the workshop. Dr Sanyogita Deshmukh. Principal, presided over the workshop.

Niki Arora guided the students about the basic constructions in English language and gave some tips ofgrammcrandprononciations. She prompted the students to be interactive.She tols the students to develop their habit for reading English stories, newspapers and to develop their vocabulary.

She also adviced the students to do practice of speaking English before mirror. Through power point presentation she introduced many other interesting things to the students regarding English language.

I)r Sanyogila Deshmukh in her presidential  speech narrated  the importance of English language in the present scenario. Students or persons with good knowledge of English language can find opportunities in number of fields, said Dr Deshmukh. She appealed to the students to learn English from the bottom of their heart for better prospect.

At the outset, Dr Sanyogita Deshmukh inaugurated the workshop by lighting the traditional lamp. Dr Narendra Mande, Head of Department of English, delivered the introductory remarks as well as proposed a vote of thanks.

A T Sarode conducted the programme. The students and teachers in the college were present in large numbers for the programme.
