A GENERAL knowledge competi-lion was organised ai Gandhi School in Konda, Pahela, Vani, Virli Khandar, Savarla,Virli, Buj recent-ly. The competition was organised under the aegis of Gandhi Education Society. Konda.

lnall 2.500students from Standard 5th to 9th look part in the competition that was organised in two groups - First from Class 5th to 7 and second group of students from class 8th and 9th.Devanand Cheiule. Committee Secretary, was the chief organiser of the competition.

Naresh Jibhkatc. Prof Suraj Gondanc. Prof BT Patlc. Shrikani Urjekar, RN Bhope,Sanjay Savarbandhe and Nakhate were pres-eni as judges.

The entry to die competition was free of cost. 'Students should be bold enough to face competitive exams from anearly age. The motive behind organizing the competition is also to provide knowledge to students asserted Chief Secretary Devanand Chctule.

Adv Anand Jibhkate. Society President, said that such competition were necessary to instill confidence among students coming from rural areas as is seen among students studying in city schools. Students should use book of the libraries to increase their knowledge from every sector, appealed Jibhkate. The venture was praised by all teachers, office bearers and parents.
