Table Tennis meet sees promising performances

SHRJ Hanuman Vyayam Prasark Mandal (HVPM). Amravati and District Table Tennis Association had jointly organised the prize distribution ceremony of table tennis com-petition in co-ordination with Maharashtra Kamgar Mandal recently at the indoor hall of HVPM.

The competition was taken in different groups and was sponsored by the famous eye specialist of the city Dr Anil Harwani and Madul Harwani.

Dr Anil Harwani. PradeepKalele. Vice president of Table Tennis Association. Jayant Godse. Joint Secretary. PD Deshmukh. Member were prominently present while Govind Kasat. Social Worker, presided over the programme.

In the presidential speech. Kasat stated the importance of sports as well as education in his speech and also said how a student can achive his aim. Pradeep Kalele. Dr Anil Harwani. Jayant Godsc and P D Deshmukh also spoke on the occasion. In Cadet Girls group. Ira Padole, winner and Aishwarya Bhadakkar stood runner up.

In women's singles, Anushka Sav stood winners while Aishwarya Londhe stood runner up.

In Cadet boys, Parth Dhope won the competition while Aayush Mahode stood runner up.

In Sub Junior Boys. Shone Thakare emerged as victorious while Aayush Mohod had to satisfy on second position. Junior Bows. Pratush Tawam won the competition while Shone Thakare got second position.

In boys group. ArjunKhadse won the competition while Nikhil Meshram emerged as [lie runner up. In Men's singles. Bhishma Gaglani won the competition while Nikhil Meshram was the runner up. Consolation prizes were were given to Anish. Shivam. Anshuman, Mohata and Dhun Bhoot. Hamid Khan. Trainer and Internalional referee conducted (he proceedings of programme while Aishwarya Londhe proposed a vole of thanks.
