Ex-Minister Bodkhe, kin booked for accumulating unaccounted property


AKOT Police under the guidance of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB)Dy SP Uttam Jadhav on Tuesday evening raided the residence of former Maharashtra   Minister   of   State Raindas Bodkhe. Offences have been registered against Ramdas Bodakheand his relatives including six sons on the chargesof accumulating unaccounted property worth Rs 30 lakh. A complaint in this regard was lodged by former Akot Civic Chief
Purushottam Choukhande a year back. Then Dy SPBW More had investigated the matter and a report wassubmittedtoACB. Unaccounted property amounting to Rs 30 lakh. 34 thousand was calculated during
the investigations. Acting on the report offences have been     registered    under    Anti Corruption Act 1988 section 13(1) (E) and 13 (2) and section 109 of IPC. Minister Ramdas Bodkhe and his sons Sanjay Vijay Deepak. Pramod, Manoj. Pravin and Bharat and brother Devidas are offender in the case. ACB Dy SP Uitam Jadhav and his Staff raided the house in the town. Further investigations were on. Ramdas Bodkhc was a Minister of State for Employment Gurranty Scheme during 1999 to 2004.
