ADGGB launches ATM Card 'RuPay'

                                                                                    

SUCCESS of public services depends upon the contribution and co-operai ion of people. Growth of 106-year-old Akola District Central Cooperative Bank has been possible only due to cooperation of people, asserted Dr Santoshkumar Korpe. Chairman of the Bank, during a programme organised to launch ATM Card 'Rupay' on August 15.

Dr S D Wankhade. Managing Director of Mahabeej. graced the programme. Dr Korpe further said that over 1 lakh customers from Akola and Washim districts will be provided ATM cards by March 2015.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Wankhade said the Bank has adopted advanced technology to enhance its performance about which people thought that cooperative institutes cannot grow like commercial institutes.

Customers Dr Abhijit Vaidya. Santosh Desale. Jayashri Deshpande, Pradip Khade. Anant Gadre. Rajesh Amle were presented the ATM cards at the hands of the guests. Narendra Bhalerao, Managing Director, delivered introductory speech.

Dr Subhashehandra Korpe made the concluding remarks while Anant Vaidya Manager proposed a vote of thanks.
