Customers demand action against builder
A GROUP OF CUSTOMERS have submitted a memorandum against Rana Landmark Private Limited Company to Frczarpura Police Station by levelling allegations about deceiving them by taking advance amount for flats. The customers have threatened to stage hunger strike if their amount is not refunded within a week. Chandrashekhar Rana and Yogesh Rana, Lakshminarayan Niwas. Camp, both the Directors of Rana Landmark Private Limited Company have taken handsome amounts from the customers by luring them to avail flats. But according to the customers the company did not provide flats to them and did not refund their money. The directors of the company are trying to neglect them when the customers tried to meet them.
Fumed over that some of the cuslomcrs have submitted a memorandum at Frczarpura Police Station PI. They have given an uliimaium of 7 days for returning their money deposited at the company and have threatened to stage hunger strike in front of District Collcctoratc or in front of the house of Chandrashekltar Rana if their demands are not fulfilled till then.

Meanwhile. Arun Ramarao Kandalkar (64) from Sawata Colony here has lodged a complaint against Yogesh Rana. Bharathi Vihar. Bharat Nagar. Nagpur and againsi Suchitkumar(36), Dhantoli. Nagpur both from Matrix Rana Infraestate Private Limited here at City Kotwali Police Station.

This is a false report, makes my jaw drop thinking how people exercise their right of speech. 'resulthub' should verify such posts before letting their people make such groundless accusations Chandrashekhar Rana is not the Director of 'Rana Landmark'. He is not even an investor. He happens to be Yogesh Rana's brother. Yogesh Rana got in trouble after a marketing fraud in his company which drained his pockets dry and the money he made came from the advance booking of flats and as soon as the marketing scam committed by Abhay Shirbhate came to light people started losing faith in the company and in the 10th month itself people started asking for repayment which pushed yogesh Rana's 'Rana Landmark' deeper into its grave.
