18 from Amravati to attend Women's Cong Committee meet in Delhi

TOTAL 18 women Congress aclivisls from the district liave been invited for the grand women's meel lo be organised by All India Women's Congress Committee at New Delhi on August 21 to mark the birth annivcrsarry of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.

About 600 women office-bearers of Congress party from across the country have been invited to participate in the convention. From Amravati district. 18 women have been invited. These include Chhaya Dandale. District President of Women's Congress Committee. Suvarna Vincet Chandami. Corporator from Chikhaldara and also an District Vice-President of Women's Congress Committee. Nita Sawadc. Minal Dcshmukh. Kiran Deshmukh. Anita Kharode, Vijaya Turkhadc. Archana Sawai. Jayashri Wankhade and Kunta Anasane.

Late Rajiv Gandhi Memorial Awards also will be given awy during the programme. Discussion and planning regarding the upcoming Maharashtra Assembly elections will take place. The women from Amravati will leave for New Delhi under  the  guidance  of Ashwini Mhairc. District Congress Secretary, from Badnera station on August 19.
