Khobragade demands action against PI Ingle

TAKE Stem action against Mallikarjun Ingle. Police laspecior (PI) here for not following the court order and not taking action against Yoga guru Baba Ramdev who made offensive remark againsi Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and the dalits. demanded Viod Khohragadc in a fresh complaint lodged with the DSP on September 16.

It may be reminded that in a recent judgment, the Judicial Magistrate. First Class. {MFC) Warora issued order to investigate the offensive remark of Yog Guru Baba Ramdev scripted against Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi during Lok Sabha election campaign at Lucknow in Utter Pradesh on last April. 25 last.

The derogatory remark had hurt the sentiments of manv and invited controversy across the nation. Mere Vinod Khobragade also complained in ihe matier.

However ihe police failed to register FIR in the case and the complainant approached to the Superintendent of Police (DSP). Chandrapur. but when all went futile he pleaded the court demanding to register FIR under section 156 (3) ofCrPC.

The first Class Judicial Magistrate. Anand D Karbhajan asked the pol ice to investigate the matter against Ramdevbaba Swami Shankardev. (601 resident of Patanjali Yogapccth. Haridwar ( Uttarakhand) and cops reeistered offence under sections. 153(A). 298. 504. 506 of IPC and Atrocity Act. Surprisingly, in the FIR the name of the accused has been written as Ramdevbaba Swamishankar Dave.

The FIR copy was issued to the complainant and on it Dcvc was erased and again Dev was written. This is a matter of sheer negligence, alleged Khobraade in the complaint lodged to the DSP. Rajiv Jain demanding suspension of PI Ingle.
