'Shri Sangeet Darbar' to celebrate Shravan
TO CELEBRATE the Shravan
month through the medium of music. Shri Ambadevi Sansthan, Amravati has organised 'Shri Sangeet Darbar' on August 21 at 6 pm. The programme will be held ai Kirtan hall of Shri Ambadevi Sansthan.
Two talented singers Soormani Mecra Nawsalkar and Prof Abhay Gadre will present singing in this programme.
Meera has got rich tradition of five generations devoted to music and she also has taken education of music under able Gurus.
She has earned name as very good young singer of Jaipur-Agra style singing of Indian classical music. Her presentation of an exhibits the singing style of both Gharans.
Prof Gadre is working as HoD of Music in a college at Khamgaon and is a follower of Kirana Gharana. He is a regular artist of Nagpur Akashwani and also has presented his art many places.
Shri Ambadevi Sansthan has organised this event to take classical music up to all sectors of the society and to common man.
This is the first time of both singers to sing from the dais of Sansthan. All music lovers should attend the programme in large numbers, appealed trustees of Shri Ambadevi Sansthan.
