District Contractors' Assn launch indefinite strike
AMRAVATI District Contractors Association started district-level Indefinite no work agitation for their various pending demands.
The contractors led by Sanjay Kale. President, of association on Monday took out a morcha tin District Collectorate and presented a memorandum to Kiran Gitte. District Collector regarding their demands.
Large number of contractors in the district started no work agitation for condemning administration apathy in fulfilling their demands. The agitation has been started for the demands like increasing the rate lists as demanded by the contractors, to immediately release the sanctioned bills of the contractors from Amravati Municipal Corporation Fund, to cancel the illegal addilional revenue fee on mines and for various other demands.
