Instructions for filling the online LL/DL Applications.

• Columns marked as (*) are mandatory.
• Select the State and RTO/DTO Under the jurisdiction where the applicant resides.
• Part-A(Applicant Details Section) The Applicants Name must be in the order as First,Middle,Last name respectively.Ensure the same name is present in the proofs while producing near the RTO.
• Part-B(Class Of Vehicle's Section) Applicant must Select atleast one Class Of Vehicle by checking on the Check Box's present.
•  Part-C(Enclosure's Section)Please fill the details of Enclosure's which you are Producing as proof documents.If you are holding a DL or LL,please mention those details by Selecting appropriate Document Type.
• Part-D:Go through this part and fill the details if Applicable only.
• Part-E If the Applicant is Minor then this form can be filled by her/his parents and the licensing authority shall mention in the endorsement.
• Part-F Entirely for office purpose only.

प्रादेशिक परिवहन कार्यालयात (आरटीओ) येणार्‍यांना आवश्यक माहिती मिळण्यासाठी व अर्ज भरून देण्यासाठी दोन कर्मचारी उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आले आहेत. आरटीओशी संबंधित ज्यांचे काम आहे त्या व्यक्तीची कागदपत्रे पाहून व ओळख पटवून कार्यालयाच्या आवारात प्रवेश देण्यात येत आहे. यामुळे आरटीओमधील गर्दीही कमी झाली आहे.
राज्याचे परिवहन आयुक्त महेश झगडे यांच्या आदेशानुसार दलालांना 26 Jan 2015 सोमवारपासून कार्यालयाच्या बाहेर ठेवण्यात येत आहे. यासाठी दोन सहायक मोटार वाहन निरीक्षकांची नेमणूक करण्यात आली आहे. हे अधिकारी कार्यालयात येणार्‍या व्यक्तीची ओळख पटवूनच प्रवेश देत आहेत. कामकाजाच्यानिमित्ताने येणार्‍या सर्व व्यक्तींना विविध प्रकारचे अर्ज नि:शुल्क उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आले आहे. तसेच माहितीसाठी स्वतंत्र कक्ष तयार करण्यात आला असून अर्ज भरुन देण्यासाठी व आवश्यक माहिती देण्यासाठी दोन कर्मचारीही तैनात करण्यात आले आहे. हीच व्यवस्था उपप्रादेशिक परिवहन कार्यालयातही (पूर्व) करण्यात आली आहे.
