488 trained ANM (Female only) will be engaged on contractual basis under National Urban Health Mission to be posted in different Municipal corporations and Municipalities including Kolkata, of the District across the State.
Eligible candidates are requested to submit their application from 11 am of 2nd February 2015 to 4 PM of 12th February 2015 in the enclosed format along with attested photocopies of testimonials as listed below with self attested photograph in specified space of the form, to the concerned CMOH Office of the Districts and to the "Chief Medical Health Officer of Kolkata Municipal Corporation & Secretary Kolkata NUHM Society" for Kolkata Municipal Corporation for the mentioned post. The eligible candidates can apply for one district only of which she is a permanent resident.
